This product is not really for the beginner speaker. I took 4 years of
Spanish and it was still difficult for me to repeat some phrases as I just
coudln't understand them. It would have been nice if a transcription was
included. Actually I believe it should come with some flashcards as the speaker
says "point to the card" which is supposed to be included (but wasn't I suspect
in order to make more money and sell the text and CD separately).
Anyways, it does generally give some good phrases for Internal medicine and some
psychiatric questions, however, not really anything for pediatrics, surgery or
even what the general organs are called in spanish (though I think they included
heart).
I give it 3 stars because you can learn something from this CD, which I have,
but it suffers from there being no text included.
