This is a not bad dictionary. It has a very nice list of countries with their capital cities, as well as Chinese provinces and frequently used measure words in the end. Unfortunately it is only one-way (English-Chinese) and is lacking in a lot of specific vocabulary like names of basic vegetables, etc. The layout is clear and various meanings of a word are translated according to context, with examples.
